How
do I place my order for custom items?
To order any one of our special order items, or to request more information,
please contact us directly. For faster service please complete our online
form. A 'My Wedding Store' representative will contact you and work with
you to ensure the accuracy of each order. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process
all special orders.

Is
my online order secure?
You can rest assured that your order and credit card information will be
processed with the highest security encryption. We process all of our credit
card orders through secure servers with current security certificates. Your
credit card information is never accessed by a third party which protects
your privacy further.

We will never sell or share your information with anyone.

What
payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa , Master Card , Discover and American Express. Debit Cards
with the Visa or Master Card symbol are also accepted. For those who prefer,
you may mail in your order form with a check, money order or cashiers check.
*Note, for those paying with checks or money orders - your order will be
shipped upon receipt and clearing of payment.

When
will my order be shipped?
We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please
allow up to two weeks for delivery of items in stock. Most purchases are
shipped by US Priority Mail from our Maui location. However, items ordered
together may not be shipped together. Because many of our items are handmade,
quantities are limited, and some items may not be immediately available.
We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days of purchase.
Your credit card will not be charged until items are shipped. Express delivery
is available for rush orders at an additional charge. In some cases, orders
will be sent via Fed Ex.

How
is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the table below.
For order totals:
[Up to $3.95]: $4.00
[$3.96 to $9.90]: $6.00
[$9.91 to $15]: $8.00
[$15.01 to $25]: $9.00
[$25.01 to $45]: $11.00
[$45.01 to $65]: $13.00
[$65.01 to $90]: $16.00
[$90.01 to $125]: $19.00
[$125.01 to $250]: $23.00
[$250.01 to $495]: $28.00
[$495.00 and over]: 6%of total order

If you are staying on Maui, we also offer
delivery to a Resort Location for a flat fee of $40.
You may also opt to pick-up your purchase at our Maui Store
Location at no additional charge.

What
is your return policy?
We are confident you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are
not, you may return your purchase (special orders and favors excluded) within
30 days for an exchange for other merchandise. If your order arrives damaged,
please contact My Wedding Store as soon as possible. No exchanges will be
made for damaged good after 30 days. There are no refunds for shipping.
